• 7 years of experience in site supervision and reporting.
• 5 years of experience in project management and site work integrating with diverse multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in managing and coordinating urban plans and architectural projects, as well as the compatibility of structures, interior design and decoration, 3D modelling, rendering, and animation.
• Experience in consultation on various licensed projects and monitoring the physical execution of construction works and services.

Richard Amoani has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a master’s in business administration (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Professional Studies. He’s a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountancy (ICA), Ghana. He has:

• 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in general accounting, financial planning and reporting, fixed asset management, payroll, and tax issues.
• 7 years of grant and project reporting.
• Sound knowledge in Financial Management: financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• 6 years of experience in financial statements analysis, budget control, and project accounting.
• 5 years of experience reviewing financial statements and presenting reports in support of management decisions.
• 6 years of teaching experience in ACCA and ICA Ghana syllabus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP with expertise in internal control and management accounting.
• Sound knowledge of Tax Regulation in Ghana.
• Strong knowledge in preparing financial statements.
